Shipping Policy

We ship within New Zealand only.

Rates

· NZ Post Courier: $5.50. Tracked. 1–3 working days for urban delivery.
· NZ Post Rural Courier: $11.00. Tracked. 3–7 working days.
· Collect in Wellington: free. In person only, we'll email you when it's ready to pick up.

Shipping is free on orders over $25. It comes off automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 NZST on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed in the evening, weekends, or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

You'll get an email when your order is on its way, with tracking included for courier and rural courier shipments.

Delivery delays

Most parcels arrive within the windows above, but NZ Post can occasionally take longer, particularly around public holidays, weather events, and rural routes. If your order is significantly later than expected, reply to your order email or write to sales@valvecaps.co.nz and we'll chase it.

Lost or undelivered parcels

Every posted order is tracked, so if one goes astray we can follow it up with NZ Post.

For tracked parcels marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of the delivered date and we'll work with NZ Post to investigate.
